TechPoint™ is a comprehensive fleet management solution that gives you complete fleet control all at your finger tips. Its allows for improved operations, asset tracking and driver safety using GPS technology. TechPoint is scalable to fleets of different sizes and provides increased efficiencies and productivity. It also reduces fuel and labor cost by minimizing routing errors and total mileage.

Another great advantage of TechPoint is that the software is cloud-based! Trilithic will host the software for you, including all of it’s required support. This alleviates the hassels of maintenance that take away from the time needed to manage fleets in the field.

TechPoint allows for easy and accurate tracking of mobile assets. It provides complete, up to the minute location information along with the ability to:

• Affordably track the location of a variety of equipment – mobile phones, wireless modems, black boxes and other GPS devices.
• Pinpoint the current location of your mobile resources on a detailed web-based map.
• Identify drivers, jobs, assets and landmarks with custom icons on the map.

Dispatch

Dispatch is an optional module used for work order and work flow management. It provides real-time status updates and the ability to mobilize business processes in the field. This establishes a competitive advantage in the industry. Dispatch allows users to:

• Create, dispatch, and track work orders and job status.
• Quickly find the right resource for the job.
• Have ease of operation by providing key data in one click.
• Transmit critical work order data to the field in real-time.
• Provide two-way mobile phone instant messaging so that no information gets lost or miscommunicated.
• Insure business process compliance through timely and effective data capture.
• Easily integrate mobile work order/ form data between the back office system and mobile workers.

Forms

A second optional module offered is Forms, which enables paper forms to be converted into electronic forms. These forms may then be used on mobile devices. This quick and efficient process allows the user to:

• Quickly create forms such as vehicle inspection, plant damage, plant maintenance, etc.
• Reduce errors
• Paperless environment
• Forms can be tied to work orders

Repairs

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship.

Products

All Trilithic products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one year after shipment.

Trilithic's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned to our factory, and Trilithic determining the product be indeed defective.

This is Trilithic's sole warranty and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and sets forth the buyers sole remedy.

All Specially Configured Dell PowerEdge 2U Rack Mount Server products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of three years after shipment. Dell provides next business day, parts and labor, on-site response for the following Trilithic products.
